Kahr makes a number of different models. The Colt I owned years ago was a .380, it was all metal but with a single action mechanism. 0 -
actually was more interested in the 9x19mm in an all metal frame, although am considering the kahr pm9 and springfield xd9 amongst some others even though they are not all metal which seem to be few and far in a 9x19 pocket pistol. 0 -

Kahr MK9 (stainless steel) has the same dimensions as the PM9 (polymer).0 -
AMT Backup is stainless although not currently in production, they are still found on the second hand market. There are a lot of them in .380 (and some sellers list it as a 9mm Kurz which technically is correct but is misleading). They were made in 9mm Luger also, I have one as a boat gun that has never failed to fire or had any problems. You will get mixed reviews as to their reliability as a CCW piece.
You will probably find that any 9mm all metal pistol will be heavy enough to weigh your pocket down pretty good though.

can i get a kahr mk9 9x19mm in blued rather than stainless?
what about the walther ppk, can i get that in 9x19mm instead of 9x17mm?
rohrbaugh and seecamp make very nice 9x19mm and 9x17mm pocket pistols respectively, but are spendy, although the craftsmanship is reportedly to be the top of the line and all metal too...0 -

Kahr has one, and so does Rohrbaugh (though the latter is VERY expensive). I'm pretty sure the Rohrbaugh is alloy-framed (not all steel).
There are some other compact 9mm pistols that are all metal (eg the Smith 3913, CZ RAMI, etc), though it would be stretching things a bit to call these "pocket" pistols.
In general, pocket pistols are supposed to be LIGHT, explaining the relative scarcity of metal framed ones, particularly all steel metal ones.
No, you can't get a Walther PPK in 9mm luger. The blowback action of the PPK can't handle the high operating pressures of the 9mm luger round.
Walther DOES have a relatively new gun out (the PPS) in 9mm luger (or 40Sw) which is pretty darn small, but its not all metal.0 -
The Kahr M9 is a blue compact. Any Kahr with K in the model is stainless. 0 -
Thers are a couple that were made by S&W in 9mm also, but the Kahr is smaller. The S&W CS9 was essentially a chopped version of the 3913, and 3914. They also made a j-frame revolver in 9mm. I am sure they are no longer in production, but can be found on the auction side from time to time.
Since the PPK's have been being built in the USA under license from Walther, their reliability has been hit or miss too. Even the ones being built by S&W. There is actually a recall on them as we speak.

I have carried a Star FireStar in .40 S&W for years.
It is available in 9MM Luger/Parabellum, in either single stack or double stack config, and also in blue or a brushed nickel finish called: "Starvel".
They are no longer manufactured, and have the same control features as a 1911 - single action and may be VERY safely carried "cocked and locked", as I do.
They can be had on the auction side with prices ranging from $250 to $450, depending on...stuff.
The FireStar may be carried completely concealed in the hip pocket of my jeans, and the pistols have all STEEL construction.
Oh, yeah - great sights.
