Webley Domin8or Air Rifle ~ need help

I bought a Webley Domin8or Air Rifle last year for my Dad as a gift. Within a few weeks it started having problems. I contacted CobraAirguns that i had bought this from and didn't get any help. I even contacted a Webley Rep. who contacted their American importer instructing them to help. I haven't recieved any help from any of them. Now the rifle is starting to fall apart. Does anyone know of a Webley Air rifle repair shop or someone who sells parts for the Domin8or? I would also like to know if there are any recalls, etc. on this rifle so that I can inquire from the seller why i never heard anything.
