ART/MPC scope

Hello again, my second post here in this forum. I recently purchased a approx. 25 year old Springfield Armory M1A. It came with a ART/MPC Scope serial #000440. However, one of the lenses inside the scope came loose, and is now rattling around inside the tube. I searched the internet and could find very little information on this scope. Can anyone tell me a little about it, and if it was worth trying to find someone who could repair it?
