Selling black powder pistols in Oregon

If a non-resident goes to a gunshow in Oregon to sell black powder pistols, do they have to go through an Oregon FFL dealer to complete the salw? Do the sales require a background check (Oregon law)? Oregon State Police couldn't tell me and the gunshow people don't have it on their website and are not accessible by phone or email, apparantly.

  Ok, I have found no ffl is required, but still need to know about the background check....

  A state police background check is required for certain types of firearms in OR. However, black powder guns are considered "antique firearms". I am unable to find any requirement that restricts their sale in OR.
  
  However, if you are selling these pistols as part of a BUSINESS, then you may be required to comply with the same requirements as any other merchant in the state, county, & city in which you plan to sell them.
