rem 700 bolt j lock

i have a rem 700 mag j lock bolt. but i have no key. what can i do?

  More expensive, but you could also swap out the internal lock firing pin assembly for the regualar style.

  If your current one is in the unlocked position I really wouldn't worry about though - I've had one for years and no idea where the key is located.

  Any remington dealer in your area should be able to get you one are if you know someone with a newer Remington they can unlock it for you they are all the same
