Someone to sleeve Sharps barrel

I am looking for a gunsmith that can sleeve a 50-140 cal Sharps barrel to a 44 or 45cal. Not sure what cartrige yet but will make that decision after I find someone to do the work. Thanks Steve

    What make?
    I doubt a liner would save a whole lot versus a new Badger barrel.

    I was looking for someone to reline a .22 rife and used the search engine, I ran across about three gunsmiths that do big bore liners. Putting a new barrel would be a good idea unless you are trying to match the original finish on the rifle.

    Hello Remember you would either need a new extractor or a cartridge with the same size rim as the cartridge it is chambered in now.. I suggest if this is an original Sharps not a repro I would suggest you get a replacement barrel as the collector value would always take a big hit if you sleeve the original barrel To a collector he rather have a shot out original barrel then a sleeved one Just My $.02 . If a repro barrel then still better to get a replacement IMHO. YMMV
