value a my springfield 1911 custom build
In 2005 I purchased a used Springfield 1911 A-1 custom build pistol for about 540. What I know about it is that it was custom built for a Springfield distibutor in 1992. It is a flat and gloss stainless with skeletonized hammer and match adjustable trigger, has curved main spring housing (no ils), beavertail grip safety right hand side manual safety(not ambi safety) lpa fully adjustable sights, and did have black plastic grips(i changed to the pachmar rubber wraparound grips. The sn# is n340xxx. Any help with current value would be appreciated.

Probably not much more than you payed for it, as most 1911 come stock today put together like yours.
If you could get Springfield to give you a letter for the build from the custom shop it would help.
