aftermarket triggers

i am considering installing an aftermarket trigger for my sons rifle it is an 1895 6.5x55 swede i believe this is a model 94 would it be worth it to purchase a timney or another version

  Many swear by the Timneys but I had a couple of quality control NIGHTMARES with them back about 10 years ago. They may be better now. Listen to the folks that come back with recent experience.

  I've had similar experience with Timmney; won't buy another, for a Mauser Canjar is best IMHO.

  Timney is now under new control ownership and management. The entire line has gone high-tech in manufacturing. The son bought the company from the parents and brought it into the 21st century.

  Had my fill of Timneys, I would look at Jewel.
