Winchester Model 94 Scope mount

My dear departed uncle had a top eject Winchester Model 94 with a unique scope mount. The mount pivoted to the left when the lever was racked so that the gun could top eject the spent round.

Has anyone else seen a mount like this and if so, do you know or remember the maker?

  I wish I had a picture of it... My Aunt sold the rifle and I don't know who bought it either.
