I assume South Bend is not in Lake County; if that is true, you are good to go.

Neal is correct (as usual)! Yes, the Tec-9 is a cheap pistol of (not so) questionable quality. But looking at the prices over the last few years on the GB auctions, they have some strong appeal. Don't ask me why! 0 -
Brings back memories out of al the guns I sold as a FFL from 1978-1998 the only one that came back to bite me some was a TEC9. I sold one to an older gentleman and about 7 years later had the detectives at the door asking about it. HMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM 0
