OK, the REAL answer to your question is "no".
Nobody on the planet can give you that information, since sales occur all over the world, and no central records are kept either of how many are sold (including retail, or used), or at what prices.
About the closest thing you MIGHT come to that is to talk to the appropriate representative from Beretta, ask them how many 686s they've shipped out to dealers over the time period you ask, and at what wholesale (dealer) price.
But unless you're personal friends with a Beretta insider, I strongly doubt you'll get that exact info, which is more or less proprietary.
Another way to approach this (which actually might work) is to talk to someone in the sales dept of Beretta USA, and ask them how many 686 guns they put out per year. You might ask if sales have been stronger or weaker this year than usual. This information, they might give you.
A quick internet search on your part would probably give you a good cross section of real-world retail prices, and you could project a reasonable probable median price from there.0 -
