have a remington 513T trainer..anyone tell me about the cartouches on it?...have the ordnance wheel which I understand..also has a rectangle box with 3GM-K and a square box with RIA over EB..thanks

  According to my reference EB was a inspector at the Rock Island Arsenal, circa late 40's.
