Mod. 94 Marlin

I have bought one and it is hex. bbl, short bbl. kinda rough but shoots fine. What is it worth in 25-20 Cal.?

Assume you're talking about one of the recent products (early '90s I think). Saw one that was supposedly NIB at a gun show recently for $550 (plus tax) and used one (95% or so) in 32-20 for $500 (plus tax). Not sure how "kinda rough" equates to a per cent original condition or other condition classification but yours probably falls somewhere in the $200 to $400 range.

Thanks for your input. My model 94 is very old and still shoots. Its rough but genuine, I'de say 50%. It is a 25-20. Does this help to determine value. Its not for sale.

Value is likely higher than on the recent production models. That depends on condition and originality and we need pictures to assess that. The originals are great though and the 25-20 is a good little round. I don't have the Marlin but do have a Winchester '92 from 1911 which shoots very well. . .and makes a fun option for spring turkeys. Enjoy.
