Winchester WRF 1890

I inherited a Winchester WRF 1890. The serial number is 448864 A.
The gun is in original condition. It has been kept in a gun safe and has been fired no more than twice in the last 50 years.
Can anyone tell me an approximate value of this gun? I can include pictures if that will help.

  Sounds like you have a third model judging by the serial number. Good close-up photos would be helpful so the experts can determine condition percentage. Then, a proper estimate of value can be given.

  There is a sticky near the top of the Experts forum that details in how to post photographs. You need to use a photo-hosting website to do so on the Forums. With out them, we can not establish graded condition, and/or any special order features your rifle might have.\, making it almost impossible to give you an accurate evaluation of what you have. So, if you could, please post some clear pictures. If you do not have use of a photo hosting URL, you can e-mail pictures to another forum member, specifically Bert H. He is our resident Winchester expert, and one of our moderators. Also, he, along with most of the rest of us, love seeing pictures of old Winchesters, and Colts.

  The serial number tells us that it is a December 1910 vintage Model 1890. Pictures will be needed to properly assess the condition & value.
