firing pin question

What firearm/s used a double strike firing pin in the old black powder, rimfire round/s.
Unsure if it be long gun or short.

  One that comes to mind is the 41 Swiss Rimfire (Rifle) The concept of double firing pin was to increase certainty of firing- quality control on getting priming compund evenly distributed could have used work.
