Please help ID 2 vintage bullet moulds
I purchased two moulds at an estate sale recently. Both are 2 cavity and are in excellent condition. If an item in this shop was rust prone and was being put away for a while it got a coat of a cosmoline type goop. There is no mfr name on either mould. At first I thought I might have early H&G moulds but comparing mine to pictures on ebay you can see the sprue cutter is different and the machining of the mould faces for venting is different. I found one in ebay completed listings described as Modern Bond with a number of H-311-525. the same as mine, but the picture was too poor to make a judgement. The second mould I have is identical in appearance and is marked D-358-582. It is a wadcutter type. I would really appreciate any help. I need to know who made them, age, and maybe a guess as to value. Cartridge application and bullet weight would help too. Thank You!

The first number is the diameter of the bullet cast. second number probably a manufacturers stock number-dont know about the letters 0 -
NoNonsense thank you for the edit! You could see it was my first post. It seems what works on one site is not quite the same on another. Footlong your idea on the numbering is what I was thinking earlier. Now maybe someone will come along with more info or I will try what Rufe-Snow said. Thank you all!
Oh! One more thing Modern Bond was apparently also known as Modern Machine, but I'm still not any closer.0 -
Just a guess, but I think you have some old Hubberd? or Hubble? (1) .32 cal. and the other (2) .38 cal. round nose bullet molds. 0
