Benelli Sport II shell catcher

I just purchased a Benelli Sport II and have been told that I will need a "shell catcher" while shooting trap at my local club. I found a Birchwood Casey shell catcher that requires double side tape, but I'm not excited about "sticking" something on my new shotgun. What other options do I have?

  Get a fat elastic band and put it around the action over the port.

  Save your money. Go with the rubber band trick. I had the birchwood catcher and it lasted 3 rounds before bending all to sh**. I have a benelli SBE. Hope this helps. Take care. [:p]
