Rem 11 slug conversion

Does anyone know for certain if a scope saddle mount for an A5 will fit a rem 11? I have an old rem. 11 w/cutts comp I want to make into a slug gun. Anyone having any tips, it would be greatly appreciated.

  I've never seen a 'saddle mount' for an a-5 but I dout it would fit the m-11. the m-11 while very similar uses differnt screws for the trigger group (I assume the mount is held on with the trigger guard screws). If it is a 'drill & tap' type mount it should work.
