electronic scales

what are you using ?......
i'm looking to buy a inexpensive reliable electronic scale
i've been using a 10/10 0huas for many years.. wondering if i've been missing something.. at a quick look around these two seem reasonable in price.. Lyman 1000 XP & RCBS RangeMaster 750..
i'm not sold on anything yet... any input would be helpful

    Several (not all) of the different brand scales are made by the same folks. Others will doubtless reply with specifics. I had an RCBS that I sold only because someone offered me what I paid for it years ago and
    several times what I could get a compact MTM scale for. I only use mine to calibrate and check my various measures and for that the MTM works great.

    I've been useing a dillion for years and it works well. I just bought a rcbs std. scale as a back-up and double checker and they both are spot on.

    Mr Gee,

    Before investing in one you should probably find a friend or an acquaintance that has an electronic scale so you can practice with it to see if it works with your reloading process. I found that after trying several brands in a wide price range, that they didn't fit my working methods so I went back to the triple beam that I had been using forever.

    In addition to the comments in this thread, there is a search feature located in the upper right corner you can use to find the other threads that have more information and comments. Type in 'electronic scales' and start reading.
