Mossberg over under problem
Friend of mine brought one to me(Turkish Mfg.) saying its a bear to open after firing its a stiff gun from the start and I notice its a little easier to open once its cocked but what would be hanging it up once its fired Ive heard the firing pins are prone to breakage but they do rebound in this case and I would appreciate any suggestions thanks

Might take a few hundred rounds, (if you get that) to "break" it in. Not a fan of them...nambu 0 -
Still haven't bought one but I would call the company. I am not sure of the customer service on the international side but mossberg is usually top notch. 0 -
I finally got to look the gun over and realized that something was missing,OIL! the gun was dry as a bone and after a once over lockup and release improved greatly but i agree that there is a need for a break in period on this model as the machining isn't what it could be. if Mossberg's supplier put a little more into final fitting instead of fake engraving and inlays they would have something. Some people just seem to think their gun are self lubricating 0 -

They are made in turkey. If you were wondering.0
