What is the value of a Colt Cobra .38 Special Snubby? Never been fired or even a round placed in the cylinder. Also, What year was it manufactured Serial # 206720LW

  Made in 1966, according to my reference. An older high quality Colt per your description would have great collector demand/value. Specially if you also have original box and documentation that came with it.
