Unknown Iver Johnson

I have had this Iver Johnson for a while, but now I would like to ID and maybe restore it.

Under the left grip is the serial number B565 27.
The bottom of the butt has PAT. AUG 25 96 & NOV 17 XX.
I can not tell what the last two positions are thus the XX.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  this is a 32 S&W caliber third model small frame iver johnson safety automatic hammerless revolver. serial number B56527 was manufactured in 1913, there were 5,700 of this model manufactured that year.
  
  the parts to rebuild this revolver are available from most parts suppliers like numrich. value in present condition no more than $50.00 (most likely less)

  Thank you very much for your time to identify this revolver. I have had this gun for just under 20 years, and have no idea how long it has been in our family. I am not surprised in the least at the low value, luckily I had no desire to sell it anyhow.
