Smith & wesson Model 90?

I was cruising thru GB auctions looking at S&W boxes. Saw one that said Smith & Wesson Model 90. It looked the size of a pistol box. My question is. What is a Smith & Wesson Model 90?

  Model 90 are handcuffs. Nickel plated steel.
