Question for Bert H. - Win low wall

I know from this forum that you spend time at the Cody museum and know a lot about winchesters. I think that this is an interesting rifle (a bit out of my price range) - but WHAT does the seller mean when he says "Cody records indicate that it will letter as described"? It just sounds strange to me - either it letters or it doesn't.
I love single shots, have one old low-wall, and am trying to learn more about them.

It means the gun matches the yellow sheet that Cody will send you for free when you are a member or Cody firearms.. I know, Iknow Im not Bert....[:o)] But its a pretty simple question, far below his pay grade....[:D]
The yellow sheet basically tells you what the letter will say when you get it, and let you make the decision to pay $ for the letter. Incidently the yellow sheet isnt yellow any more, why is that Bert?0 -

Perhaps to letter as described means that the gun has not been altered from its original configuration on record with the Cody museum 0 -

First, the rifle in questions is not a "low-wall"... it is a high-wall Plain Sporting Rifle.
My interpretaion of the auction listing is that the seller is claiming that the rifle will letter with all of the features he described. However, I seriously doubt that it will letter with a palm rest, and even if it does, the mount has been altered to the point where it is no longer functional. Additionally, the palm rest itself does not appear to be with the rifle. Lastly, it does not have 2X wood, nor will it letter with "Fancy" stocks.
The 32-inch #4 barrel is not rare at all, and Madis did not know what he was talking/writing about when he stated such.
The overall graded condition of that special order high-wall is on the low end of the scale, and it will take a novice buyer to pay the "Buy it Now" price. Realistically, it is a $2800 rifle at best.0
