Carcano 6.5mm Ammo ID?

Was at a recent estate sale and came across a box of 6.5mm brass cased ammo that has a head stamp of C A C-42. Was wondering if anyone knew who would have made this ammo and in what year it was manufactured as I was thinking it was may be Italian ammo as two other different head stamped ammo was in it as well that I have identified as being Italian ammo.

  Winchester, I can't get to my 6.5 but my 7.35 is SMI 939. Your headstamp translates to Australia/New Zeland in my search.
  
  Do a search (I did Dogpile) for Italian ammo headstamp and you just might find it.
  
  Edited: After a little further search, possibly:
  
  CA (Cavalli, Alfredo, the inspector)
  C (Capua, IT) So
  
  CA C
