value of a aya matador shotgun

i have an AYA Matador 30" side by side double barrel 12 gauge single select, auto ejectors, excellent condition. tried to find the value of it with no luck. any ideas?

    Check the two large net gun auctions, to get a ballpark value for your shotgun. Various Spanish doubles were imported in quantity during the 60's/80's time frame. Doubt that the price trends would vary that much between them. Don't pay attention to some of the dopey asking prices, ( some of the folks who put guns on the auctions, are more screwed up mentally then MJ ever was), only the actual selling prices.

    Actually AyA is one of the best of the imports and will likely (and depending upon condition) fetch a price above $1000.

    I have sold several AYA Matador models on Gunbroker over the past 8 years. If you have the coin finish receiver, it will bring more. The single selective trigger and auto ejectors will command a premium of about 25% over the double trigger extractor models. While AYA shotguns are generally sought after and regarded as quality doubles, the Matador is on the lower end of their product line. I sincerely doubt that you will get over $700 for this model in excellent condition. Most Matador's in comparable condition will sell for around $400 (double trigger, extractor models). Good luck!
