German 6.35 Pistol...
I would like to find out the manufacturer and other info regarding the following semi automatic pistol: A German 6.35 pistol marked: Deutsche Werke Werk Erfurt with a S or SD in a Circle symbol between the Werks words on the left slide / Cal 6.35mm on the barrel / and, a N under a 5 point symbol topped with a cross or plus-sign located on the slide, barrel and right reciever. A heads up...
Note there are no grip screws or visible attachment devices on an Ortgies. Don't destroy/damage them like many you see where someone has tried to pry them off.
To remove the grips, look up inside the magazine well and you'll see a small tab along the rear wall. Depress this lever (preferably with a non-marring instrument) and the grips can be lifted off.0 -
