volquartsen 17 mach2 bolt

cci makes a high energy 22lr called the velocitor...would it be better to use the original bolt and recoil spring or one of the volquartsen 17 mach 2 bolts and recoil spring...because it takes higher energy loads

  A good aftermarket buffer would be OK but I don't think a heavy bolt would be needed. I've shot some of the Velocitor ammo w/o noticing anything different. It might be hard on a pistol set up for target velocity ammo or an older semiauto rifle but I doubt any currently made rifle will be affected.
