Hungarian AK-47

Hopefully somone can answer a legal question. Can I legally sell my Hungarian AK-47? It does not have the "sporter" thumbhole stock. It's got the regular AK red type wood stock. I reside in Ca. Thank You in advance.

  You got a dual problem as I see it.
  
  #1), Was the Hungarian AK a early import sold with a conventional stock? Or was a later one sold with a thumbhole "sporter" stock. If it was originally sold with a "sporter" stock and now has a conventional/military stock? It has to have a certain number of U.S. made parts to be legal.
  
  #2), The State of California has very restrictive laws regarding AK's. You have to be in compliance with those laws, to be legally able to own and sell it.

  Thanks for your reply rufe. It was originally sold with thumbhole stock. I figured it would be a pain to sell. Before I list it on GB, I want to make sure I legally can.
