I have an 1887 series 10ga Lever Action Winchester Shotgun Serial# 22602 in good condition,,, any ideas where to begin for a selling price ??? Thanks

  post some pics for a better idea but ya $750 would be a start-friend of mine bought the 1901 version for $600.

  Based on what I see, $750 is the bottom-end starting price on an original Winchester Model 1887. Most sell for a few hundred more, and depending upon the graded condition, they can easily sell for twice that amount.

  I owned two 1887 Winchesters at one point and sold both about 2 years ago. The first was about 70% blue with 90% case-color on the receiver and the date of manufacture was around 1890. That one I sold for about $1300. The second had no bluing except under the handguards, a pitted barrel, but a solid wood stock. It was made in 1888 and I sold it for $750 with a bunch of 10 gauge hulls, wads, and a roll crimper. So it would depend on your guns condition and the current market.
