I have 2 of the old 1/2 lb. cans of Hercules Reloader 7 that are unopened .
Any collector value ,or shoot it up ?

  Does anyone know the legalites of selling gunpoweder, other than the buyer has to be 21?

  Shoot it up. There may be a collectors market (there is for everything else) but I'm not aware of it. Expense involved in transport, etc., unless local, would add to the hassle of selling it.
