Legal question reguarding a mac 10 stock
I HAVE OWNED A VULCAN MAC 10 PISTOL FOR SOMETIME. IT IS NOT EXACTLY A PLEASURE TO SHOOT DUE TO ITS HEFTY WEIGHT. IS THERE A WAY TO MOUNT A STOCK OF SOME SORT TO THE PISTOL? ALSO WITH THIS KIND OF MODIFICATION CAUSE PROBLEMS WITH ATF? THANKS, JIM

WELL YOU DONT HAVE TO YELL ABOUT IT EVEN THOUGH YOU OWN A VULCAN. You can ask.
Yes you can mount a stock but you would need to fill out a ATF Form 1 and submit it with a $200 check and some other basic paperwork. Wait about 3 months right now for it to be approved and only after all that it would be legal to put a stock on. See the NFA FAQ at the top of this thread for more info.
If you wanted to add a 16" barrel you could legally add a stock that way too.0
