Information on 3 different guns

Greetings,
I am trying to get information on guns I inherited from my father-in-law. I have no idea where to start and read your posts.

The first one is:
Smith & Wesson 38 special ctg. It has the trade mark on both the handle. Could be nickel? and also on the barrel below the trigger. The serial # is D43879, it seems to be in excellent condition. I can send pictures if you so desire. It is in the original box.

The 2nd one is:
P9R Col. 9mm Parabellum, made by FEG Hungary also on the other side of the barrel is the initials C.A.I ST. ALB. VT
The serial # is R 32742

The 3rd one is:
Amadeo Rossi CIA SAO Leopoldo R.S. made in Brazil Firearms internation Corp. Washington DC
Below the trigger is a logo with the ind. bras. Marc. reg.
Also on the handle is the RSSI logo. The serial # is 65227

Any information you can gice me would be wonderful.

    You should post the model of the S&W from the box, and then open the cylinder, it will swing out. Inside in front, seen from the left side is a model number. Find exactly what caliber.

    The FEG is an inexpensive Walther PPK style copy. They sold for years for about $150. They have climbed in value to about $225-250.
    They are usually 380 cal, some may be 9mm.

    You need to tell what Rossi model you are asking about. We know models, not serial numbers.

    The Smith & Wesson on the box and on the barrel shows model 10-5

    The rossi says 34-55

    The S&W 10-5 was made in 1968. On the end of the box, under finish there should be a "N" if it came with that finish.

    EDIT,The "B" means a blue finish. Read the "STICKY" at the top of the forum about posting pictures.
    We need to see the condition of the firearms to give a price on them.

    Can't help you much regarding the Rossi, without quality photos.
    As Firearms International went out of business in the early 70's it one of Rossi's older models that date to the 60's.

    The S & W is one of their common models, known as the Model 10. It had fixed sights and was very commonly used as a service sidearm by many police departments from the 1950's to the 1980's.

    Model 10 Smith & Wesson revolvers, are very common handguns. Many are found for sale on the two large on-line gun auctions. Check the actual selling prices, to get a ballpark value for the one you have..

    Since you said the finish could be nickel and the box indicates a blue finish maybe you have an incorrect box or a non-factory nickel plated revolver. Open the cylinder and look for an "N" which generally indicates a factory nickel S&W. Also certain areas of the cylinder will not contain nickel plating on factory nickeled Model 10's.
