Rem. 870 express 20" barrel - which one?

I own an 870 express for hunting but I don't hunt that much anymore so I want to turn it into a security (home defense)shotgun. I've decided i want a 20" barrel w/ rifle sights. now I don't know what kind of barrel I should get. I want to be able to shoot buckshot and maybe sometimes slugs. searching the web I've found these two:

I don't know that much about shotguns and chokes, could I do what I want with the 2nd bbl or do I need the 1st one in order to shoot slugs? I'm not sure the difference between a "Remington choke" and a "rifled choke" I would really appreciate some help. thanks.

  The barrel with Remchoke will meet your needs and is usually cheaper than a fully rilfed barrel. The Remchoke is a tube which screws into the muzzle. Various amounts of choking are available and the rifled one does a respectable job with slugs. Shooting buckshot through a fully rifled barrel may not be successful but with the screw-in choke, buckshot will pattern better based on the choke used. I have used this type of barrel to hunt deer w/slugs in Illinois and Iowa and found the system to be adequate out to about 100 yards. This would provide you with good coverage of most home defense situations. Any longer range would be better served by a rifle. The rifle sights are a definite advantage over the bead type sight for the application of slugs.

  Go with the second one for the express. It is an improved cylinder fixed choke, and will handle all your needs for home and rifled slugs, and buckshot.
  
  I would look over on the auction side for one used if I were you. That price seems a tad bit high, and I know that Larry Potterfield's(the owner of Midway USA), kids are out of college.
