Who makes a nice illuminated scope?

Who makes a respectible illuminated ret scope. dont want to spend a fortune, but want a decent product as well. Am going on a texas hog hunt and the best action is after dark, thanks. It is going on a Browning stainless stalker a-bolt in 25-06. thanks

    Virtually every scope manufacturer makes a model with an illuminated reticle. If you use the Burris website, you'll find several models with illumination and prices ranging from $350 to $750 depending on variable range and quality of glass.

    Also, I've seen a device that will attach to most scopes that will provide illumination for the reticle...

    Take the advice of Nononsense, and start with the Burris name brand and go up from there. Anything less and you are just fooling yourself and your money away.

    JustC has used the illuminated Burris with a dot where the retical lines cross, and thinks highly of it for low light hunting. With Burris, do your self a favor and avoid the posi-loc models.

    what he said[:D] I use the e-dot reticle in the burris signature series scope and love it. The problem with most illuminated reticles is that they illuminate the whole reticle and are too bright. They will reduce the size of your pupil and you will see only the reticle and nothing else. the e-dot only illuminates a dot at the intersection. Only the most expensive brands offer a rheostat to adjust the reticle brightness. Nightforce and IOR Valdada are a few.

    I am a huge Burris supporter. But look at the Trijicon Accupoint. No batteries. Adjustable brightness. Pulls in light the Trijicon way. Not bad on the price. The 3X9's start about $600 and go up. I too use it for night hunting hogs and I think this is what your looking for. Look on the Le Rue site if you want one with the quick detachments for rail mount setups.
