Scope for blackpowder rifle

I have 2 customers who want scopes mounted on their TC Renegade rifles. Does anyone have a recommendation for a low power reasonably priced scope? Will the hammer clear a standard relief scope or will I have to use a LER scope? Thanks for your help.

  Leupold Rifleman or VX-1 2-7 X 32mm or even the 3-9 X if that isn't too much scope.

  TC has scopes built for muzzleloaders,and they can certainly tell you about mounting issues. The customer service is great. I believe the Renegade is discontinued.
