Ruger 22

What is the correct name, and who manufactures the conversion piece to replace the bolt pin stop assembly in Ruger Mk 2 22 cal pistols. It makes disassembly for cleaning simpler. Does anyone have any experiance with these? Where can I find them?

  hi
  i have a ruger #14-753xx in 95% cond 6" barrel wood grips,red and white box with all the paper work.was wondering the vintage and approx worth. it also has 2 mags. thanks gun702.

  Or, you can put the money into ammo and spend a few minutes perfecting your technique with the factory take down set up. Folks love to cuss it, but if you pay attention to the hows and whys, it's really not a problem. IMHO

  I installed Dino's quick strip kits in my 22/45's and left the steel frames stock. My reasoning is to keep the receiver tight on the polymer frame by not taking it apart and also not having to remove the pachmayr slip on grips. An upgrade definetly worth the $50.
