Terry Kopp?

Does anyone know Terry Kopp. He is from Missouri and was making various replacement magazine tubes. I am trying to find an outer tube for a Browning 22 auto loader. I have tried the number I found on the web but it has been reassigned and the email address listed got bounced back.

  He seems to be a pistol smith primarily, but this should give you the most current contact information, at least the phone number is different from most of what I find on the net.
