WCC headstamp?

I am considering bidding on some .30 carbine brass with a WCC headstamp. The seller has not yet responded to my question. Is this mil surp? Is it suitable for reloading?

Your help will be appreciated. DM

  Should be good. To my knowledge, all carbine ammo was NC and boxer primed. The WCC is USA military production.

  WCC is Winchester military production. Good brass but much heavier than their normal brass. I also think it's a bit harder and needs to be annealed sooner than regular W-W or Winchester brass. Bottom line is: get it, it's good quality.
