I was wondering if I can use differant brands of dyes in my Lee Press.

  i have a lee progressive press that i used for reloading 38-357/44 ammo in the Uk pistol days..now its of no use![:(]
  
  can it be converted to a standard 3 hole turret press?? & is the single collar/collett for the case holder available, to sit on the press bar??
  
  i cannot find the part here.

  To the best of my knowledge all the 7/8 14's dies made by the various manufacturers, will work in the Lee press.
  
  I use one of the small Lee turret presses for years, with various used dies I bought at flee markets and gun shows.
  
  The only odd size threaded dies on the market nowadays are the old Lyman 5/8 30's. Their not commonly encountered anymore though.

  Yep. Have couple of different brands of dies, and a Lee press. Good to go.

  Different dies will work. i use hornady dies with my lee press
