Bauska barrels
Whatever happened to this company in kalispel Montana? I googled them, got a few phone numbers, and all of them are out of service. Anybody know if they are still in business??? If so how can i contact them??

Les has closed down shop. Someone I know spoke to his daughter. She said he is in a retirement home now. They were trying to sell all of the stuff. He must be in his late 80's or young 90's by now.

his son was running the shop for some time, hit or miss as to wether or not you got your order. My last order was about 3 years ago and took 6 months and a couple on phone calls and letters to get 2 barrels[xx(]. never had a problem with the old man. 0 -
McGowen, and Montana rifle Co. are in Kalispel. Did they take over some of Bauska equipment? 0 -
drat! Now I have to find another barrel maker. Looking for a .338 octagon with a 1:12 or slower twist so i can rebarrel an 1886 Winny. (W/O breaking the bank). Bauska was always a real gem to deal with, and did topnotch work, AND would cut a barrel with any twist I wanted. Always a treat talking with him. 0 -
Talk to the Montana rifleman co. I know they make octagon, and custom barrels. 0 -
Might ask Badger, they make barrels to Winchester dimensions, but I don't know if they do the .33 WCF. 0
