450 Marlin uses a belted case. You are going to need a new barrel or have your old barrel re-chambered and set back (doubtful on a Browning BLR).

Since the .450 Marlin was designed to be the equivelent to the .45/70 when loaded to higher pressure, it's hard to see the reason to go to the trouble and expense to try to convert it. Besides, it probably wouldn't feed a rimmed cartridge very well.
