Creation of a Trust to Hold NFA Weapons

What are the advantages of creating a trust to hold NFA weapons and what is the going rate for having a lawyer prepare one.

  The advantages are:
  
  No LEO sign off. This is the number one reason most people do it, there LEO wont sign.
  No Finger print cards. Saves the cost of what your LEO charges, normally $10-$20.
  No Passport photos. Again about $5 each.
  
  The next big reason is that like an LLC anyone properly listed on the Trust can legally have and use the NFA item. Downside to LLC is that you have to maintain it usually with fees and tax returns.
