springfield savage s/s

I have a springfield savage arms 16ga s/s Chicopee Falls Mass. It needs some parts but I only have half the model number it is either 5100 or 510C the lower half is unreadable does any one know what I have. I would like to get it back in working order but can't seem to find what model I have. If you can help email me at dpol935117@aol.com thanks
