peculiar S&W 686-3 identification inquiry
I've come across and odd configuration in a 686-3 exhibiting a cylinder that isn't fluted, a plain front site without an orange insert and textured hogue monogrips?
Was a factory model issued with these specifications?
I like it, is it considered a desirable model in the line with the odd cylinder and plain factory ramp sight?

agree with cuss....I have 2 of them ...I just like that configuration...they bring about a 20/25% premium over a standard 686-3... 0 -
