Luger Rimfire Conversion

Does anyone sell a 22 lr conversion unit for a Luger P-08? Seems like replacing the "upper" centerfire with a blowback rimfire would be worthwhile.

  USED to be conversion kits years ago but they bring more money then what you can buy a CONN. made used High Standard or new Browning BUCK-MARK.

  This is what the conversion kit it looked like, the ERMA company made them for the Luger before and after the war, probably into the 60's. Before they started selling their replica .22 Lugers in the mid 60's. The conversion kits, if even found on the market now as PS notes, are big buck collectors items.

  I used to have a postwar kit and it was okay. Never used it much and finally got rid of it. I just hated to mix parts! They still float around a bit if you look, but it's easier to just find an Erma .22 Parabellum.
