Kahr and +P ammo
Is it ok to shoot +P ammo in a Kahr...besides the extra recoil.... I can't find anything in the book one way or the other.

As mentioned, yes.
As a general rule, just about EVERY current production handgun is safe to fire with +P ammo (eg all Glocks, all Sigs, all Beretta, all Smith and Wesson, etc) and usually if not, the manufacturer will make an explicit recommendation to the contrary.0
