Steyr M95/30/S - Re-install bolt question...

Hi Experts!

I have recently been given an M95 S - and I removed the straight pull bolt to clean the barrel.

That was easy enough, but now I cannot get the bolt to go back into the receiver block.

I can see that I can pull the bolt face out under spring pressure, but before I get a couple of blood blisters, I wanted to ask the good people here what the proper procedure is to re-install the bolt in this weapon.

I have pictures of the piece, which is in good condition except for some surface rust, but I will post them in a more appropriate area later.

  I've always pulled the bolt head out & rotated until it locks in place (some stay better than others) than re-insert into the receiver carefully (so as to not have it spin back)

  I know these aren't big dollar pieces, but it is a really neat machine with who knows what history as old as it is.

  Graf's is out of the Hornady 8mm Hungarian ammo - but I will check to see if I can buy reloading supplies for it.
  
  The Steyr will make a nice accompaniment for my Lee-Enfield.
