Year manufactured Carbine

I have a carbine made by Saginaw that has no yr marks. Would any one know where I could find the year made? I have looked in the blue book and it is not in there. Thank you in advance.

  If you could help us, it would be very benificial to have some very clear photographs of this. It could give some of our carbine experts a little more info for a more accurate attempt at the DOM. Also...we all love to see gun pictures.

  The only date on a USGI M1 carbine (sometimes) is the one stamped on the barrel, & the barrel wasn't necessarily made at the same time as the rest of the carbine.
  
  It might help if you give us the serial number of the receiver, which will be behind the rear sight.

  EDIT: Your carbine was likely made in 1943.

  There is no year stamp on the barrel.
