a friend brought in to my shop a Remington Model 11 straight stock 12ga, doesn't seem to be much on the web about straight stock Model 11's, any info you could share, about history of the straight stock 11's ect

Pulled this off the internet, Check out term English Stock,
1983
Remington announced that the company had manufactured its three-millionth Model1100 autoloading shotgun. Also in 1983, Remington introduced the new Model 1100 "Special Field" shotgun in 12 and 20 gauges with a checkered straightgrip, English-style stock and 21" vent rib barrels in three field chokes

Never did see a factory model 11 english stock. I have had a custon english stock on my 11 for over 40 years. Great gun. Just keep fresh buffers in the reciever.

Havent saw a model 11 but I do have a A-5, with a straight stock.Very low ser. (3XX).

highly unlikely that is a factory stock, nice though. All in all the model 11 is just a shooter no matter how nice

Ok This is what I found out thanks to another user its a Remington UMC Model 11 C trap, and it was a limited model, THANKS
